When you are “Not at Fault” in an accident and the other party has insurance,
NOT making a claim through your own insurance policy has many positives:
- You choose who repairs your vehicle - When you are not at fault, the insurance company cannot pressure you into using their preferred repairer.
- An independent assessor will be appointed to determine the true costs of repairs - NOT an insurance company assessor who is working to ‘fixed cost’ limitations.
- You will be entitled to a hire car for the duration of your repairs. Graham Bodyworks can arrange this for you.
- We will use genuine parts and not be pressured by the insurance company into using recycled or non-genuine parts.
- Your own insurance policy remains clear of any claims.
- If you use our third party recovery services and extend reasonable co-operation we will offer a guarantee that you will not incur any costs.
- Our experienced and knowledgeable third party claims teams will assist you throughout the process.
